Easy Installation
Even with 10 software inside, this ultimate version is really easy to Install. It's take very short time. However, it's depend on your DVD ROM speed.
General Change in File Format (extention)
Default file of name extension has been changed, for example. doc to Docx, xls to xlsx, etc. This file take more space on the disk. They are new in Microsoft OpenXML format. On the other hand, if you give to someone using a previous version of Office, they will get their message to download a free converter from Microsoft, they will not appreciate if they are busy. Send them carefully to make time, because they will still face this situation more and more people upgrade to the new version. The new file formats are not compatible with the OpenDocument format (ODF), which is used by products such as the open source OpenOffice.org 2.0 (yes, the name of this program coincides with the name of the site).
